Working with artists from different regions is not an excuse for underpayment or exploitation.
Fees and payment terms must be clear, transparent, timely, and stated in contracts. No hidden deductions or delays.
There must be zero discrimination in pay or representation based on race, gender, age, nationality, or any protected trait
