Proven experience in creative, production, or artist management agencies
Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking
Comfortable with equity-based compensation
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Founder & Creative Director
Commission-Based Agents
This role is ideal for industry professionals who can bring in clients and projects on a flexible, results-driven basis. Compensation is commission-based.
Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate client projects
Represent Eliani Studios within your network
Collaborate with the team to match clients with the right creative talent

Experience in creative production, artist representation, or agency sales
Track record of successful client acquisition
