Working with artists from different regions is not an excuse for underpayment or exploitation.
Fees and payment terms must be clear, transparent, timely, and stated in contracts. No hidden deductions or delays.
There must be zero discrimination in pay or representation based on race, gender, age, nationality, or any protected trait.
Legal and Contractual Standards
All contracts must adhere to labor laws and industry regulations, ensuring fair terms and avoiding exploitative clauses.
Artists' intellectual property rights must be respected; brands cannot use or alter their work without permission and fair compensation.
Brands must not impose exclusivity or restrictive terms that limit an artist's future opportunities.
